Clearly a highly community minded company. They are very focused on ensuring their customers get the support they need well beyond pest control. Henry is my tech and he is very diligent in making sure we have sufficient coverage and that he explains what he is seeing around my property. I'm still not sure how I feel about their subscription model they moved to during COVID, but the service is excellent and priced fairly. I'm just cautious around recurring billings in general.

Justin was amazing! We had some nasty wasps build an underground nest and he bravely moved forward with his plan. I applaud his bravery and appreciate his service!

We were very happy with our experience with Stride yesterday. Ramone came out to provide the treatment, and he, as always, was very informative and polite. He inspected our home for any signs of rodents and made sure to explain what to expect over the next few months. He found some wasps nest that he removed, and he was careful with our frog (we have one leaving next to our backyard door). I've been a customer for about 4 year, and I highly recommend Stride.

Good service. A mouse has gotten into my car...Brenden was friendly, patient & determine to fix the issue, just as Tyler he removed all the traps in my car, put down fresh paper & replaced the fresh peanut butter. 4 hrs later my son checked the car and stewart little was caught...Im leaving traps in just in case..Big shout out to Brenden &Tyler for tackling this issue ! We have been loyal customers of Stride since relocating to Texas almost 9 years ago. Marcos Z. has been one of the techs that have been coming to our home for several years now & he is simply the best! He is professional, competent, knowledgeable & informative. He is also timely, considerate & a great communicator. Always a pleasure. He also loves my dogs so bonus!

Thoroughly inspected and explained everything that was going on and what action was needed. The pest control man David taught me a great deal about the difference between American cockroaches and German cockroaches. I just moved into the house a couple of days ago. I called when I saw what I thought were German roaches, knowing that meant there were a lot of them. For those of you that don’t know, the enormous flying Texas roaches are not usually indoor roaches. The tiny ones that we see are very often German cockroaches. I didn’t know much else about the difference between the German and American cockroach except for the color. I was under the impression that German is the more common kind. I still am under the impression. David explained that while there was evidence the house had German cockroaches previously, they were now American. I ignorantly jumped to what I thought was his hilarious meaning and asked “So… Do you mean that they came from Germany so they were immigrants but then they became Americans?” He said unfortunately that’s not how it works, even though that would be cooler. Apparently Germans are much more well organized in their take over and are harder to get rid of. Since the house had been vacant for so long, they would’ve run out of resources and moved on. But Americans will live pretty much wherever, indoors or outdoors, which is why they were in a vacant house. And you can make Americans go away sooner by making it uncomfortable for them. Germans require extreme measures. That’s my interpretation of how he explained it to me. That one kind is called German and the other is called American sounds incredibly fitting and I don’t think I’m gonna forget the differences. My only complaint is that the company assumed I knew the difference between the German and the other kinds of household cockroaches. The requirements for preparing to have German cockroaches exterminated are pretty intense. I didn’t have the physical ability myself or the time to hire someone to help me get ready for German cockroach pest control. Since I thought I might have a rodent issue as well and they already had my money and a signed contract, I told them to come ahead to inspect anyway. Luckily, I don’t have a rodent issue and the way to prepare for American cockroach pest control I could easily handle on my own. So my recommendation to the company is when people say they think they have German cockroaches not to assume people know the difference between the Texas flying giant palmetto roaches compared to the other varieties of small home infestation roaches. They did clarify that it wasn’t the Texas outdoor flying monster bug. I imagine that most people when seeing small roaches don’t immediately register if they’re light or dark brown or why it matters. Especially if they’re scattering because of the light. It was an informative day and I feel much more comfortable about being home now

Review edit: Ramone saved us by spotting a huge Mexican Honey Wasp nest in a tree in our backyard this past January. This thing was extremely large, I can’t believe my husband and I didn’t notice it! But Ramone did! And he gave us the number for Stride’s recommended person to remove wasp nests. That guy was super easy to schedule with, came over and removed the nest with no trouble. He said that by summer that nest would’ve had 50K-100K wasps in it! So yeah; Ramone is awesome and thank you for saving us from many a wasp sting! Been using stride for the past 8 years! They’ve helped us so much with keeping pests at bay! On time, great customer service and communication, friendly technicians. Love that their office is local.

I moved to Texas 5 years ago & was not prepared for the giant insects here. I immediately found Stride & have utilized them quarterly ever since. I rarely have bugs inside the house, but I do find all the dead ones outside & in the garage, so I know what Stride is doing works! I appreciate the job they do- especially removing the wasp nests that occasionally show up in my yard. Peace of mind is priceless & I’m happy to not have to deal with giant Texas insects.

As a new resident to TX from the Midwest, I had no idea what pests I’d need to be aware of. Raul was so personable and answered all of my concerns. I was nervous about the fumes in my house after treatment but I didn’t smell anything even as he was actively spraying. Even better, they have a set schedule for routine prevention. Thank you to the spiders who were killing insects in my home. May you rest in peace now.

I’ve had Raul do my best control the past few months since I’ve moved in. We had an ant problem and critters getting inside. Haven’t noticed any since and he’s been very communicative and professional every time he’s come in to spray.

Ramone Houston in Austin, TX currently and always has been excellent at his service. He is very thorough, gives recommendations, always on time, and gives a heads up before arriving. What also helps us recognize how good he is because we get other technicians from Stride who are not friendly, show up unannounced, do not share any recommendations, try to do a quick job and we have to tell them again which rooms to treat, and also leave unexpectedly. When Ramon becomes a manager or lead technician, hopefully he can coach the others on providing excellent service. He renewed my faith in Stride because we considered going elsewhere.

Ruben was helpful he informed me i needed exclusion work stride does not offer that service he recommended a company that does he was knowledgeable about the rodents or pest whichever they are called because they're were multiple creatures living in the attic

He explained everything that was involved and was able to answer any questions I had. I have had negative experiences with pest control services in the past so I was quite impressed with the quality and of pest control service we received. Thomas also did a thorough job making sure all of the cobwebs and wasps nests were treated and removed. I am one happy customer!
