Josh from Stride Pest Control came out to our home today and did an excellent job. He was very professional, thorough, and informative throughout the entire visit.

He took the time to explain what to look out for regarding wasp nests and other pest concerns around the house, which I really appreciated. He also did a very thorough spraying around the entire exterior of the home and made sure everything was properly treated.

What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was while answering questions and explaining preventative measures. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely informative.

We would absolutely like “Josh” to continue being our regular Stride Pest Control technician going forward. Highly recommended!

Kyle let me know when he was on his way. We discussed what he would do this trip & I asked him to pay particular attention to the spider webs, which he did along with the usual treatments He also solved a mystery-white powdery sprinkles on the floor of my screened in porch. He knew right away that it came from carpenter ants & treated for it on the spot. Kyle gets a gold star from me!

Visit was great on 5/16 as stride right sent someone over (same-day) to help me with my new problem! I was getting ready to do some yard work when my daughter noticed a nest above the hedges where I was about to get to work! Josh came over (pretty quickly) and gave the time to explain the process pretty thoroughly, sprayed the outside of my home as preventive maintenance, and gently took care of the bees. Great communication and great continued impression with the Company; looking forward to continued service from the company.

Tyler did amazing! Move in service. He was able to get to some of the back yard while I was on my way, then quickly did the entire interior as soon as I got the door open! Finished the outside and knocked down the hornets nests that were hanging! Had all the information about the service that I needed! Was even great working around my crazy toddler that was following him very intensely to see what he was doing. Overall, great service, would totally recommend!!

Update- had Ramone out today for my quarterly spray and it was awesome. He took care of all the yellow jacket nests I saw and even ones I hadn’t seen 🙂 great service! 10/10! 🙂
