I had my first appointments with Stride last week. Raul Ramos was prompt, professional, and courteous. He went above & beyond & I am very appreciative. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their service.

Tyler with Stride Pest Control did an excellent job on the initial inspection, bait installation and return inspection of the traps. He was personable, professional very informative and knowledgable when I had questions. If I was able Id give Tyler 5 stars! My experience with the administrative side was a bit challenging. We were told a follow up inspection would occur 3 months after install. Almost 4 months after treatment, I ended up reaching out to inquire. For awareness, this was for termites, which I have never experienced and apparently per Stride, the colony was surprisingly massive. As a homeowner I was highly concerned (continued wood/structural damage) and looking for added assurance, are we in the clear OR is further attention needed?! After my email questioning the follow up, they had me on the schedule 6 days out from me reaching out. A text reminder was sent on a Sunday for a Tuesday service, I acknowledged. Day of inspection was here, the next text I received was at 6p that evening, showing I was rescheduled for an additional 7 days out! I did not receive a follow up call or text stating a tech is en route. Was told someone attempted to reach me but I did not have a missed text or call. To be fair, it could have come from a different number than the 2 that I had saved in my phone from previous visits however still frustrating. If a call did occur, a voicemail would have been a great to hear! Now Im rescheduled for a week later. Again, Tyler arrived, he confirmed we shouldn't worry, showed us the traps, explained how much bait was eaten and the quantity eaten was extensive, more than normal. 4 months later a sense of relief. Communication after the bait install , I inquired, on more than one occasion, on adding additional pest services. I only received an email to write a review. Thanks to Tyler, he made the experience manageable. I continue to use the other pest control service company for general service.

Just had our first service with Stride. Good experience, Raul seemed like a nice young man. We are hopeful we have found our next pest control company. The last one we had was for well over 20 years. We only switched because the new owner of our former provider completely abandoned the idea of consistency, reliability, and fairness.

Raul had to come back around. Seeing no car in the parking lot, he just bypassed us the first time. He displayed an aversion to contact with the filled tools. Real timid.

1st time using Stride Pest Control. Josh did an excellent job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He addressed all my questions and concerns.

Stride pest control did an amazing job! We had an ant infestation and we reached out to stride and they responded immediately. Our technician Henry came out and told us what kind of ants we had and how long it would take for them to completely be gone. He was extremely thorough and got the job done quickly! We didn’t even have to worry about our pets getting sick with the spray they used because it is also safe for pets. Thank you Stride!!

Ramone showed me what top performance looks like. He was efficient, highly skilled, and clearly very experienced with the work. I asked him many questions throughout the treatment, and he patiently answered every one of them with clear explanations. What also impressed me was watching him train a newer technician while working. He explained not only what to do, but how and why, while still keeping the job moving efficiently. Another thing that really stood out was Ramone’s attitude. He genuinely enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries into the workplace and makes the experience pleasant for everyone around him — including the customer. He told me that he really enjoys the process of doing his job, and after watching him work, I can understand why he does it so well. Stride was not the lowest estimate I received, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel I got what I paid for. If I need termite service again in the future, I would definitely come back to Stride. Excellent work, Ramone!

Great First Service! Joshua Scheimann did a great job during my first service with Stride Pest Control. He was very thorough, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent future pest problems and infestations. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to answer my questions. This is my first service, so I’ll have to see how things go and whether it actually solves my pest problem, but so far, I’m very happy with the service and Joshua’s professionalism. I’ll definitely update my review once I see the results!

Ever since I started having Stride come around the house I've noticed a significant decrease in pests around and in my house. The service techs always check with me if there are any trouble areas before starting and if I want to do inside the house. I have 2 dogs and haven't had any issues with this service and their health. I will add on that my dogs stay inside and only go outside for the bathroom.
