Clearly a highly community minded company. They are very focused on ensuring their customers get the support they need well beyond pest control.
Henry is my tech and he is very diligent in making sure we have sufficient coverage and that he explains what he is seeing around my property.
I'm still not sure how I feel about their subscription model they moved to during COVID, but the service is excellent and priced fairly. I'm just cautious around recurring billings in general.
