
Stride Pest Control – Terms & Conditions
1. Ongoing Service Plans
All Stride Pest Control plans are recurring service subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Services begin with an initial treatment, followed by quarterly maintenance visits or as outlined in your selected plan. These are designed to maintain year-round protection.
2. Subscription & Billing
Service plans are billed monthly, regardless of visit frequency. Payment is collected automatically via the payment method on file. A valid payment method must remain active to continue service.
3. Cancellation Policy
Service plans require a minimum service period (typically 12 months). Early cancellations may result in a termination fee based on the remaining balance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may require 30–90 days’ notice, depending on your agreement.
4. Pest Coverage
Coverage varies by plan. Common pests such as ants, spiders, roaches, and rodents are typically included. Specialty pests (e.g., termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes) may require a separate agreement or add-on service.
5. Access & Rescheduling
You agree to provide access on scheduled service dates. Missed visits due to lack of access may incur a trip fee. Please contact us in advance to reschedule if needed.
6. Safety Notice
Please follow technician guidelines after service. This may include keeping pets and children away from treated areas for a specified period.
7. Product Information
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels are available upon request for any products used during your service.
8. Liability
Stride Pest Control is not responsible for damage or injury caused by pests, treatments, or missed appointments due to lack of access. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
9. Right to Cancel
If you enrolled at your home or a non-business location, you may cancel this agreement within 3 business days. Discounts received may be reversed if services were rendered during this time.
