Ramone with Stride was at my place twice to address my pest issues. The first time for treatment and the second time for follow-up. He made me feel very comfortable and like everything would be OK. Stride shows up when they say they will show up, and all of the employees I have met so far have been great.

I switched to this company when I learned my prior pest control company did not cover some indoor pest like carpet beetles. They have been very responsive and it’s going well.

We are very happy with our decision to use Stride Pest Control for our home in Dripping Springs. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been wonderful. They are quick to respond and professional at what they do. The technician who came for our initial visit was friendly, patient, informative and thorough. We initially chose the basic plan, but after seeing what other plans they offered, we decided that the premium plan was the way to go. The office contacted the technician and he was able to do the full treatment that day. We know they will be there for us when we need them.

We had an outstanding first experience with Stride today. Marcos arrived within 2 hours of our first call. He was extremely thorough, pleasant and hopefully effective with our bugs.
We felt comfortable having him in our home. We were not pressured but signed a 1 year contract at a reasonable rate. Goodbye roaches 🙂
