Rocio Slaymaker

Customer Service Representative

Meet Rocio Slaymaker

Rocio has been part of the Stride team for five years, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of. Her day-to-day work involves fielding calls, scheduling services and keeping a close eye on accounts to make sure nothing slips through the cracks – and catching the things that do is something she takes real pride in.

One thing Rocio always makes a point of reminding customers is that Texas has bugs, and that’s just how it is here. A few tiny spiders around the home aren’t necessarily cause for alarm, and part of her job is helping people understand what’s worth worrying about and what isn’t.

Outside of work, Rocio is a full-time student working toward her degree at Texas A&M, logging 500 plus hours commuting since January 2025, and a full-time mom. It can be challenging at times, but she’s handling it all like a pro.
