Meet Faizan Khan

Faizan brings a decade of customer service experience to his role at Stride, where he has been part of the team for several years. His day-to-day work covers a wide range of responsibilities from handling inbound calls, texts and emails to confirming appointments, processing payments, managing agreements, supporting property management accounts and running collection calls twice a week. He takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What drives Faizan most is the moment a customer genuinely says “thank you.” He takes ownership of every concern that comes his way and makes sure customers always have an update because he’s found that’s what they appreciate most. Early in his time at Stride, he was recognized with the North Star award, a reflection of the care and commitment he brings to every interaction.

After a decade in the industry, Faizan will tell you Stride is the best of the best – a workplace that feels like a family rather than a cold corporate environment, and one he’s proud to be part of.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, whether that’s a picnic in the park while his son bikes around or exploring new places and local cuisines through travel.
