Meet Alex Randall

Alex Randall didn’t set out to build a career in pest control. When he took a technician job as a 20-year-old college student freshly back from doing missionary work in England, he figured it would just be a temporary gig.

Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Alex joined Stride when the company had only three employees and from the beginning, he was never satisfied by simply running his route and going home. He digitized timesheets, launched the bed bug program, built out exclusion services and pushed for more structured technician trainings. By 2018 he was service manager, and in 2020 he became a partner and opened Stride’s San Antonio branch.

Today, Alex oversees Stride’s San Antonio operation while staying deeply involved in the day-to-day workings of the company. His leadership philosophy is simple: take care of our clients and I’ll take care of you.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. They love camping, hiking and going to Renaissance festivals. He’s also slowly working on a novel. Stay tuned, maybe one day it’ll be at a bookstore near you.
