Jonathan did a thorough job spraying the interior of our house, the garage and went around handled atleast a dozen hornet nests around our home. Quick, communicative and thorough, exactly what I needed.

We recently had Stride out for an inspection and then initial treatment. Alex was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, providing us with a detailed review of his findings and recommendations. He wasn’t pushy, and seemed to truly want to help. We agreed to a treatment plan, and Raul came out for our initial treatment last week. There was no bait and switch - Raul was just as great as Alex was! Raul was extremely considerate, communicated well, and worked efficiently. We are satisfied knowing these guys know what they’re doing and have our property covered, and look forward to working with them in the future!

I had a scorpion issue around a year ago and went through several pest control companies. Stride is the only company that kept scorpions out during peak season. Raul our technician is very professional and always asks exactly what we need and is eager to help with our issues. We haven't had a scorpion in the house since Raul began to come for quarterly sprays.

We initially had a good experience, but when our rodent problem started getting worse even after two rounds of extrusion work, we were told that there was nothing more they could do and we needed to just replace our siding. They then stopped coming to check/remove traps (even no showing on a scheduled appointment), so our rodent population got out of control while we tried to figure out what to do. The technicians are super nice, but I would only recommend if you have very straightforward pest control needs.
